We accept cash, and all major credit cards.
CANCELLATION POLICY. 48 hour advance notice is required. a late cancellation fee of $40  will be charged if cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment.    This is required in order to give us a chance to fill your spot.  
NO SHOWS. If you are a no show, before your next appointment is confirmed, a No show fee of 50% of your previous groom will need to be collected. An invoice will be sent to the email that is on your account.  This is because a no show, means a wasted appointment that someone else could have been given.

 PET SITTING FEE
We ask that all pets be picked up upon completion of their groom.  We do not pet sit.  We will charge an hourly fee ( $15 per hour)  if pets are not picked up within an hour of completion of the groom.  
After Hours Service- One on One grooming.  Fee is charged by the time instead of by the service.   $25 per 15 minute interval.  Check availability on our online booking calendar, or give us a call or email.

Covid19 Procedure:
Thank you for your patience. We are currently open with limited availability and for existing clients only. At this time we are taking extra precaution and asking that you call us at the time of your appointment and we will come downstairs to grab your dog. You will need to take off your dogs leash/collar/harness and take it with you while we slip on a lead of our own. We want to ensure safety for everyone by having minimal contact. We also have set up contactless payment, an invoice for the groom will be sent via email that needs to be paid before picking up. You can book online or give us a call if you don’t see a time that works. Take care, stay safe and hope to see you soon!
